Explore locationJoin our high performing team as a Quality Assurance Analyst focused on reviewing High Risk and PEP Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases. you will review completed high-risk EDD cases worked by Operations. Your focus will be to assess the quality of the review, ensure that all required policy and process elements are captured, and provide constructive feedback when needed.
To be successful as a Quality Assurance Analyst you should have experience with:
Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in an operational environment is highly desirable.
Ability to review complex information and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
Excellent written communication and feedback skills.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Working knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable.

This role will be located at our Glasgow office.
