To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst, you should have experience with:
Requirements Analysis, communicating with Ops/Business and feature/user story documentation.
Agile facilitation – chairing Agile ceremonies with the Squad, owning Backlog refinement with Product owners and managing Jira.
Stakeholder engagement, communication & servant leadership.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Deep understanding of scrum framework, agile principles and related methodologies with certification in SaFE/other Agile methodologies.
Experience working in large transformative programmes using Agile or waterfall delivery model.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based in either our Glasgow or Knutsford office.
