To be successful as a Transaction Monitoring People Leader, you should have:
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Experience in coaching transaction monitoring analysts, providing guidance.
Demonstrable experience in Risk Management, including Anti Money Laundering regulations.

Purpose of the role
To support Transaction Monitoring with investigating and reporting suspicious activity to the NCA when necessary.
