Explore locationJoin us as an AVP User Experience Designer to plan and implement the design elements of the learning design materials. You will design and implement programmes and initiatives that support the growth and development of the bank’s employees and leaders. As an AVP you will be responsible for the discovery, design, development and measurement of learning solutions/programmes that support the HR business agenda in line with Barclays defined quality standards including Brand and Accessibility.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to analyse the current and future development needs of the organisation.
Design and delivery of digital based training content, programmes, and associated User Experience journeys.
The ideal candidate must have:
Extensive User Experience Design and/or Product Design experience
Extensive experience with user research and data analysis
Stakeholder management and business knowledge
Desirable/Nice to have:
Good working knowledge of delivery of full Learning cycle – from needs analysis through to evaluation
Knowledge of learning frameworks, approaches and interventions
Strong Project Management experience
Experience with Learning Lab, or other learning-specific digital tools
