Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Fraud Operations Team Manager, where you’ll have the chance to mentor, inspire and support a team of customer service agents to consistently deliver notable performance and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will manage daily operations, set clear targets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide ongoing coaching to foster both individual and team growth. Acting as the escalation point for highly detailed customer concerns, you will implement best practices in call handling and contribute to continuous process improvement. Additionally, you will cultivate a positive team culture, ensure compliance with company policies, and regularly report performance metrics to senior leadership.
To be successful as a Fraud Operations Team Manager, you should have:
Leadership experience in call center
Experience in leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
Experience with creating a positive and results-driven work environment that motivates team members to meet and exceed performance goals
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Preferred background in call center operations within the banking, financial services sector or the fraud space
Experience working effectively in hybrid or remote environments
Good verbal and written communication skills
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Henderson, NV as primary location and Wilmington, DE as a secondary location.
The salary for Henderson, NV:
Minimum Salary: $60,000
Maximum Salary: $80,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
