Join us as a Chief Data Office Communications and Engagement Business Partner, where you will play a key role in shaping the Group Chief Data Office's People Agenda. In this dynamic position, you will design and implement strategic plans for communications, education and people engagement. You will manage internal communication platforms such as SharePoint and intranet sites, lead key communication initiatives including town halls and newsletters and deliver regular progress updates on people engagement initiatives to senior management. Additionally, you will develop and deliver the Chief Data Office (CDO) training strategy, collaborating with the CDO Change Delivery team to ensure effective training and communication plans are implemented for key projects.
To be successful as a Chief Data Office Communications and Engagement Business Partner, you should have:
- Expertise in developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to present confidently to senior audiences.
- Hands on experience developing SharePoint for managing and maintaining internal communications.
- Ability to produce engaging media content.
- Experience in designing informative and effective training materials.

- Business strategy alignment, building belief in the strategy of the organisation, and the progress being made, with a strong focus on the impact employees have on the client experience.
- Culture and employee proposition communication, designing and implementing communication interventions that influence individual behaviour to create a culture built on the Barclays Mindset; demonstrate why the organisation is a great place to work.
- Change delivery, creating communication interventions that build employee commitment and capability through organisational change.
- Crisis and issues management, working closely with the senior team as part of the management response, focused on the role of employees in engaging clients.
