To be successful Salesforce Service Engineer you should have experience with:
Salesforce Administrator skills: Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and support.
Incident, Problem, Change experience: Ideally in a support role. Experience collaborating closely with support teams will also be considered
Some other highly valued skills may include:
ITIL qualified or experienced: IT application support background preferred.
Platform as a Service (PaaS / aPaaS): Familiarity with PaaS solutions such as RedHat Openshift
Event Management Monitoring tools: Experience with tools like AppDynamics, Elastic (ESaaS), Kibana and other similar tools
Salesforce experience: Any level of experience (end user, administrator, developer)

The location of this role is based in Knutsford, United Kingdom
Purpose of the role
To effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
