To be successful as a Vulnerability Management Remediation Lead, you should have expereince with:
Vulnerability Management concepts and tools; correlation of vulnerabilities with threat intelligence and business risk and to develop & manage remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities, prioritize remediation efforts based on severity, risk, and business impact. Coordinate emergency patching or workaround implementation.
Ample decision making and cross functional communication skills to engage with technical teams, business units, and executive leadership to translate technical risk into business impact.
Identify opportunities to automate remediation workflows, implement process improvements to reduce remediation timelines and contribute to vulnerability management program maturity.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Proficiency in tracking Governance risk and control concepts (GRC) for Data-Driven Reporting and Metrics Management.
Experience in chairing governance forums, steering committees, and audit reviews; skilled in audit readiness and evidence-based reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage projects and deliver effective outputs on time and stay updated on emerging threats and remediation best practices.

This role will be based in our Knutsford office.

To keep our customers, clients, and colleagues safe by identifying cyber-vulnerabilities across the Bank, using a risk-based approach to prioritise them, and to drive effective remediation activity.
