Explore locationJoin us as an AVP AML Public Policy Specialist, where you will support the development and advocacy of AML policy positions, working closely with senior stakeholders and external bodies. You’ll help translate regulatory developments into actionable strategies and contribute to the firm’s voice in key policy forums. Monitor and analyse UK and international AML regulatory developments and Draft policy briefings, consultation responses, and internal guidance documents. You will support engagement with regulators, government agencies, and industry groups and Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs teams on policy alignment.
To be successful as an AML Public Policy Specialist, you must have:
Proven experience in AML policy, compliance, or regulation Strong understanding of UK and international AML frameworks
Experience in completing and reviewing ICA form types
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
Experience in policy development and public engagement
A proactive mindset and commitment to public interest
