Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as an Asset Servicing Client Servicing - Relationship Manager. In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for some of our top global Asset Servicing clients, providing high‑quality relationship management, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across regions. You will support clients on any aspect of asset servicing, coordinating internally across global teams to ensure seamless responses, timely issue resolution, and a consistently excellent client experience.
To be successful as an Asset Servicing Client Servicing Relationship Manager, you should have:
Strong Asset Servicing SME expertise.
A proven client servicing mindset, ideally with experience supporting top‑tier clients.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with Barclays systems or similar large‑scale financial services platforms.
Having managed or worked within a high‑performing asset servicing team.
A strong risk and control mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate issues.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in London.
