Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as an Associate within the Industrials Sector of the International Corporate Bank. You will support in managing client communications and negotiations across areas such as product fit, structure, pricing and relationship returns, helping to drive deeper wallet penetration and optimal client outcomes. Additionally, you will identify and drive business development, primarily with new and existing customers across one or more key account portfolios.
To be successful as an Associate you should have experience in:
Excellent credit analysis skills
Solid understanding of Corporate Banking products, such as Treasury Products- FX, Lending, Transaction Banking, Capital Markets and Risk Solutions
Delivering excellent internal and external stakeholder management
Strategic thinking and ability to assess new business opportunities through knowledge of markets and internal & external data sources
Collaborate with the KYC, Customer Due Diligence and Operational team to maintain compliance and clients’ banking running smoothly

Effective communication and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
Pro-active approach to delivering solutions
Knowledge of Investment Banking products

The role is based in our London office.
This role is deemed as a Certified role under the PRA & UK Financial Conduct Authority - Individual Accountabilities Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
