Explore locationJoin us as DEI Partner - Data strategy and External partnerships within the DEI space to be a part of to Support the lead Business Partner to an entity and region in their role to operate as a thought leader and strategic partner across HR and the business to pro-actively seek out opportunities to improve strategy and business outcomes as it relates to D&I. Embedding and driving progress for our multi-year strategy and ambitions including developing, monitoring, and reporting on indicators of success and challenges. You will Partner key stakeholders to influence their actions and mindset as it relates to DEI, leverage data-based insights to determine opportunities and interventions that drive progress against the global DEI strategy and ambitions. You will also leverage internal and external partnerships to support opportunity identification and solution design.

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
