Explore locationChampion the deployment of AI and intelligent automation across lending, servicing, onboarding, and partner product journeys. This includes simplifying decisioning processes, embedding predictive analytics, and scaling digital solutions that enhance customer experience and colleague productivity. The role will be pivotal in delivering on Business Banking’s ambition to offer instant decisions and fast access to funds, aligned to strategic priorities around lending growth and operational efficiency.
Drive the adoption of strategic initiatives by embedding AI-enabled workflows and data-driven decision support across Business Banking. Lead change management efforts that ensure sustained adoption of new technologies and ways of working. This includes enabling self-serve analytics, improving data quality, and supporting the creation of strategic data products that underpin transformation.
Act as a strategic connector between Product, Risk, Technology, and frontline teams to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with commercial and regulatory goals. Represent Business Banking in governance forums and influence investment decisions that support priorities such as deepening customer relationships and protecting deposits.
Own the delivery of outcomes linked to SME growth, digital adoption, and customer satisfaction. Use AI to improve NPS, onboarding conversion, and lending performance through targeted interventions. The role will be accountable for enabling segmentation strategy and journey optimisation, ensuring tailored support for startups, growth businesses, and established SMEs.
