Explore locationAs Head of Mass Affluent Proposition, you will define a clear customer segment strategy and vision, alongside developing propositions that are targeted to these segments. This will involve collaborating across the organisation to shape the prioritisation of product, service models, and core journeys, with rationale grounded in commercial data and customer insights. With your collaborative skills you will drive execution; working closely with Product, Physical Channels, Digital and Technology teams. Confidence and expertise in strategic thinking, commercial management, and creative problem solving will play a key part in this role to continuously achieve outcomes in a constantly changing environment.
To be successful as Head of Mass Affluent Proposition, you should have experience with:
Developing, leading and managing dynamic portfolio of products and propositions that are tailored to customer needs
Defining and prioritising key product and/or services required to deliver the required propositional outcomes.
Knowledge and understanding of the external market place and using these insights and innovative analysis to identify commercial opportunities.
Strategic thinking and being able to define strategy based on the external market
Stakeholder management; influencing high level leadership and enterprise change.
Experience working in a matrix organisation
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Change management experience leading different initiatives end to end
Previous experience in consultancy would be highly beneficial
This role can be based in either London, Northampton, Manchester, or Glasgow.
Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
