In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the client journey — helping Advisors prepare for meetings, design tailored investment portfolios, and deliver thoughtful, data-driven insights. You’ll support the creation of diversified strategies, provide market updates, and help ensure each client receives advice that reflects their unique goals and financial personality.
Whether it’s building portfolios, reviewing performance, or staying on top of market trends, you’ll be there to help Advisors deliver remarkable service. To be successful in Investment Advisory Support, you should have experience with:
supporting client-facing teams in financial services, ideally within a private banking or wealth management environment,
a genuine interest in how financial markets work and how investments can support people’s goals,
communicating clearly and staying organised while handling several tasks at once.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
experience working with high-net-worth clients or regulated investment products,
a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
working towards RDR level 4 or equivalent,
a thoughtful, practical approach to solving problems, with the ability to understand both detail and context.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in London.
Purpose of the role
To develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise on a particular product line, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.
