Purpose of the role:
To design and implement advanced data science solutions leveraging Generative AI, machine learning, and cloud-based platforms, enabling predictive insights and innovative business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI models using AWS services such as SageMaker and Bedrock
Implement autonomous AI agents capable of performing multi-step reasoning, decision-making, and task execution
Apply NLP techniques for text analytics, summarization, conversational AI, and intelligent document processing
Integrate GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities into business workflows for automated insights and operational efficiency
Build scalable data pipelines and workflows using Python, SQL, and AWS cloud infrastructure
Conduct model evaluation, monitoring, and retraining to ensure accuracy, adaptability, and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
Technical Skills required for the role:
Experience in Programming & Data Analysis: Python, SQL.
Require experience in Machine Learning & AI: Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, ML algorithms.
Cloud Platforms: AWS (Sagemaker, Bedrock, Glue, Lambda, etc.)
Data Engineering: Data wrangling, pipeline development, cloud integration.
The Data Scientist role focuses on leveraging ML, Generative AI and AWS cloud technologies to build advanced predictive and NLP models, and deliver scalable AI solutions for business transformation.
This role requires a flexible working approach, ensuring availability during select hours that overlap with US-based partners and stakeholders.

This role is based out of Noida.
Purpose of the role
To use innovative data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from the bank's data reserves, leveraging these insights to inform strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the organisation.
