Explore locationJoin us as a Personal Assistant where you’ll provide dedicated support to senior leaders across three teams within Global Transaction Banking. You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly through expert diary management, travel coordination, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a leading financial institution.
Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a financial services environment
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate multiple senior stakeholders, and ensure timely responses to meeting requests
Experienced in planning and arranging detailed travel itineraries, both domestic and international
Ability to anticipate executive needs, prioritise effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Proven track record of managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including expense management, filing systems, office supplies, annual leave tracking, and distribution list maintenance
Experience in coordinating and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, and supporting follow-up actions
Highly self-motivated, organised, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior leaders and colleagues across teams
Experience managing corporate car transactions and other logistical processes

This role is based in London.

To provide administrative and organisational support to executives, managers, or teams. To manage schedules, acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient task management, and a professional presence for their assigned individuals or teams.
