Explore locationJoin us as a Senior Wholesale Lending Business Analyst where you'll drive strategic change across our Lending businesses globally across Investment Banking (IB) and Corporate Banking (CB). You’ll work across our strategic change programmes, driving efficiency/ control and client benefits across our global loans, including growing our debt business in the UK. Working with subject matter experts (SMEs), you’ll capture, document, and prioritise requirements to support the delivery of key initiatives and work on business readiness activities to support a successful implementation. In this role, you’ll facilitate change, implement improvements, and ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities.
Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications:
Strong understanding of UI and UX (User Interface and User Experience) principles.
Ability to build new solutions and improve how users interact with existing systems.
Strong understanding of how systems are used and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
Proven business analysis skills, with the ability to document requirements in a clear and structured way.
Ability to work across multiple issues, products, and processes simultaneously.
Ability to challenge existing ways of working and drive process improvements.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in lending.
This role is based in London.
