Explore locationAs a Service Now HR Developer, you will support the delivery of enhancements and changes within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery environment, with a strong focus on HR Product functionality, including HR Hub and talent development capabilities. You will act as an individual contributor within a Scrum Agile delivery team, collaborating closely with stakeholders to implement scalable HR solutions. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical configurations, ensuring alignment with HR service strategies. You will contribute to the broader Talent Excellence Programme, leveraging your expertise to optimise HR workflows and user experience. You will also engage with consultancy partners and niche agencies to stay ahead of market trends and best practices.
To be successful as a Service Now HR Developer - 12 Months Full Time Contract, you should have experience with:
• Certified ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in HR Service Delivery products.
• Proven background in HR systems and processes, not just general ServiceNow capability.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working within Scrum teams.
• Experience delivering HR-focused solutions in regulated environments.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

This role is based in Glasgow or London.
