Explore locationAs an Assistant Vice President in Transactional Monitoring Financial Crime Governance, you will support the governance and oversight of Financial Crime (FC) risk, with a focus on Transactional Monitoring (TM). You will contribute to the effective management of TM controls, assist in issue and incident tracking, and support risk impact assessments. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to the development of governance frameworks that align with the bank’s financial crime policies.
You will play a key role in providing assurance and oversight across TM-related activities, helping to ensure that risks are identified, assessed, and managed appropriately. A background in assurance, audit, or financial crime risk will be beneficial.
To be successful as a Assistant Vice President in Transactional Monitoring Financial Crime Governance, you should have experience with:
Experience in Financial Crime risk management and controls, ideally within TM, Screening, or Sanctions.
Understanding of governance processes and issue/incident management.
Ability to support the production of risk-level reporting and assessments.
Communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Experience in assurance or audit functions is advantageous.

Your role will be located form our London office.

To design, develop and consult on the bank’s internal controls framework and supporting policies and standards across the organisation, ensuring it is robust, effective, and aligned to the bank’s overall strategy and risk appetite.
