Explore locationJoin us as a Transactions Product Owner at Barclays. In this role, you’ll drive experience and technology transformation, delivering complex, end-to-end technical products that make a real difference for our customers. You’ll work across the full product development lifecycle, navigating the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms while fostering collaboration through Agile practices. You will define scope and strategy for product delivery, manage risks, and track key performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes. Alongside this, you’ll influence feature teams, engage stakeholders across a broad business network, and drive change from ideation through deployment.
To be successful as a Transactions Product Owner, you should have experience with:
Ability to take a holistic, end-to-end view of the customer and product journey
Experience driving experience transformation and delivering change from ideation through to deployment
Good capability in complex technical delivery and end-to-end product development across the full lifecycle
Deep understanding of Agile delivery, feature team ways of working and backlog management
Comfortable working across both legacy and modern technologies, with a strategic view of future-state platforms
Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and autonomously navigate a wide network of stakeholders, including risk and control partners
Skilled in managing risks, and overseeing controls for assigned scope
Great analytical skills with the ability to own, interpret, and confidently communicate performance metrics, including to senior leadership

This role can be based in either London or Northampton.
