Step into the role of Major Shareholding Disclosures (TTRO – Large Holdings) where you will focus on daily monitoring, data validation, position analysis and preparation of disclosure submissions. The candidate will be part of Daily/Weekly/Adhoc disclosures of Long, Short and Takeover Panel (TOP) reporting to Regulators and Issuers.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:

  • Perform daily monitoring of positions for potential Long, Short, and Takeover disclosure triggers.

  • Validate data across systems (positions, transactions, corporate actions) to ensure accuracy.

  • Prepare disclosure reports and documentation for review and submission.

  • Generate and validate daily, weekly, and monthly position reports to support monitoring.

  • Manage exception queues, respond to queries, and escalate issues promptly.

  • Conduct reconciliations and investigations for trade breaks and position mismatches.

  • Ensure strong control standards across all operational processes.

  • Respond to issuer requests for shareholding information in line with internal guidelines.

  • Liaise with Trading, Middle Office, and Technology teams for position clarifications and issue resolution.

Desirable skills sets:

  • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, corporate actions and position management.

  • Prior exposure to regulatory reporting or position monitoring is an advantage.

  • Detail oriented with strong ownership of daily deliverables.

  • Ability to manage tight deadlines with accuracy.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Eagerness to learn complex regulatory framework and develop SME capabilities.

This role is based out of Pune.

Purpose of the role

To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution. 

Accountabilities

  • Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
  • Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
  • Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
