Explore locationJoin us as a Wholesale Lending Strategic Pricing/ Product Lead within our Corporate Banking team. As the product lead you will focus on pricing strategies and on negotiation of lending products in the Wholesale Lending team. Supporting with optimisation of our Pricing Models and systems. You will be given a high level of responsibility and autonomy in structuring, negotiating, and executing debt products for corporate and investment banking clients from across a large variety of market sectors and geographic jurisdictions. The successful experienced candidate has strong loan products, an eye for detail and eagerness to gain deep expertise and technical skills in the loan market.
To be successful as a Wholesale Lending Strategic Pricing/ Product Lead you should have the following:
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with data to inform decisions and measure impact.
In-depth knowledge of lending, including familiarity with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Driving returns from a loans
Strong Data analysis
Understanding financials
Coordinating in a fast paced environment.
Strategic change and governance
Experience within a Pricing capital markets product role
Some other highly valued skills include:
Broad understanding of risk management principles and their application in lending.
Experience in Pricing/Commercial Performance.
This is a 12month contract position.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in London.
