You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as experience with stakeholders to develop value-driving digital briefs for the business. You will be responsible for sizing and prioritizing these briefs against business and customer priorities, managing resources, and maintaining stakeholder communication throughout the process. Once projects pass the relevant gate, you will bring briefs to life for copywriting, UX, and authoring partner teams, coordinating delivery to agreed timescales. You will ensure accurate delivery into live environments and measure performance against KPIs and objectives. Additionally, you will manage a team of content delivery professionals, providing leadership, mentoring, and career development support, as well as job-specific skillsets.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent stakeholder management

  • Great creative delivery experience in any content form

  • Understanding of digital and mobile technologies

  • Develop, manage and deliver digital content on time and to budget, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met in a customer-focused manner.

  • Ensure digital content achieves desired standards and effectively delivers against both commercial and brand objectives

  • Develop digital content in line with relevant content guidelines, including brand and tone of voice.

  • Work collaboratively with independent research agencies and relevant third parties to ensure digital content meets customer needs.

  • Ensure digital content consistently challenges the norm and pushes boundaries creatively

  • Support in identifying and effectively implementing opportunities for improvement

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy for work.

  • Ensure digital content is on product message, aligned to brand values, adheres to regulatory requirements and is developed in line with relevant governance frameworks

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

  • Previous people management experience with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams

  • An understanding/experience of SEO

  • Degree educated

  • Digital/Marketing qualifications beneficial

  • Experience managing teams in an Agile environment

  • Knowledge of content management systems and digital publishing platforms

This role will be based out of Noida or Gurgaon.

Purpose of the role

To develop and implement marketing strategies to promote brand, products, and services across various markets

Accountabilities

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies and delivery that aligns with the banks business objectives and are informed by market research, customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration with product development, sales, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, to achieve specific, well defined outcomes, as needed.
  • Development of compelling and targeted content for various marketing channels, including print, media and related collateral, if needed.
  • Analysis of data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies, use of data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Management of the marketing budget, allocating resources to maximise ROI.
  • Defines marketing vision, sets goals, clarifies objectives and works across organisations to achieve specific, well defined outcomes.
