In this role, you will manage the efficient delivery of large‑scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, ensuring delivery in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
To be successful as a Mexico Settlement CTB, you should have:
Knowledge of Fixed Income, FX, Swaps, and Repo products
Experience with Mexican regulatory reporting to Banxico, CNBV, IPAB, including ownership of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Proven ability to collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to manage regulatory obligations and reporting requirements
Experience in the design and maintenance of interfaces between OPICS and GREP, including coordination with vendors for testing, UAT, and implementation of new requirements
A focus on issue resolution and risk management best practices
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience working within a large organization or financial markets environment
Extensive experience engaging with regulators and the regulatory examination process, ideally within financial institutions
Knowledge in .NET development C# with object‑oriented programming, along with SQL programming, including Oracle stored procedures
Desirable experience working with OPICS and GREP systems, including leading functional projects and programs that enhance risk assessment and mitigation efforts
Ability to collaborate across teams to analyze business trends and assess their implications for risk management

This role is located in our Mexico City office.
