Explore locationJoin us as an Executive Assistant to senior Investment Bankers, as well as providing some administrative support to the wider team. This is an exciting opportunity within Barclays Investment Banking Division. You will be working within a team of Executive Assistants to provide aid to Front Office personnel, which will include extensive diary management, submitting expenses, extensive travel arrangements, organising internal and external events and managing budgets accordingly. A high degree of pro-activity and forward planning capability is required. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience co-ordinating complex international travel as well as maintaining extremely busy calendars. Meticulous attention to detail is key as well as having previously worked in a client facing role.

This role is based in Milan.
Entry Salary: €65,000
Upper Salary: €93,500
The entry and upper salary information above includes only annual full-time equivalent base salary and represents the typical range of pay for the role. The actual pay rate will reflect the responsibility level of the role and experience level of the individual. The entry and upper salary information does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
