Join us as AVP - Project Mega , where you will support India Domestic Operations initiatives across Corporate Banking business units. You will partner with APAC & ME Operations, Global Transaction Cycles, Control Partners, Front Office, and COO/CCO teams to drive the risk and control agenda, embed the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), and enhance governance, efficiency, and control standards across operations.
You will play a key role in strengthening the control environment, driving regulatory and audit engagements, and implementing control-by-design principles to streamline and automate processes while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Demonstrate strong expertise in risk management, control frameworks, and regulatory compliance within Corporate Banking
- Be able to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders including Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Operations
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Show ownership in driving governance, control improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives
Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services with strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products and regulatory landscape
- Solid understanding of governance frameworks, policies, and operational control environments
- Experience in risk management, control design, audit methodology, and operational oversight
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven analytical capability with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience in regulatory reporting, audit engagement, and control remediation
Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) implementation
- Experience in Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), thematic reviews, and control validation
- Familiarity with RBI regulations and reporting requirements
- Experience in process automation and control optimization initiatives
- Ability to drive strategic governance models and control transformation programs
