We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director to join our International Corporate Bank team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in relationship management and senior coverage, with a focus on large conglomerates with a global presence. This role requires representing the Bank across Corporate and Investment Banking products, including lending, transaction banking, and Global & Capital Markets products. This role will require you to drive and grow revenues working on specific budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with large conglomerates, ensuring a deep understanding of their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Represent the Bank across a range of Corporate and Investment Banking products, including lending, transaction banking, and Global & Capital Markets products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
• Ensure a strong focus on risk management and controls, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Demonstrate strong communication and commercial skills, effectively engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of industry trends and credit analysis, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in relationship management and senior coverage within the banking industry, with a focus on large conglomerates.
• Deep expertise in Corporate and Investment Banking products, including lending, transaction banking, and Global & Capital Markets products.
• Strong communication and commercial skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent industry and credit understanding, with the ability to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated focus on risk management and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Team player with a collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
