To be successful as a Banking Finance Business Partner AVP, you should have:
Understanding investment banking products, financial markets, and revenue drivers, enabling effective partnership with front‑office and support teams
Risk and control mindset with the ability to apply advanced financial analysis, interpret complex data, and exercise sound judgment to challenge assumptions and ensure accuracy and transparency
Ability to collaborate across varied stakeholder groups, tailor communication to diverse audiences, and influence decision‑making in a fast‑paced, highly dynamic environment
Other highly valued skills include:
Ability to quickly grasp complex financial concepts, think independently, and adapt with agility and responsiveness in a fast‑moving environment.
Experience supporting business transformation initiatives, with solid knowledge of internal management reporting processes and an understanding of legal entity reporting requirements
Business acumen to connect financial activities with broader organizational objectives, supporting strategic decision‑making and long‑term value creation.

Minimum Salary: $100,00
Maximum Salary: $150,00
The minimum and maximum salary/rate above information includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
Purpose of the role
To provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organisation, and act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, helping to bridge the gap between financial data and business decisions.
