Explore locationJoin Barclays as the US Liquidity Reporting Lead, where you will drive the oversight, monitoring, and production of critical U.S. regulatory and internal liquidity reporting, including FR 2052a. You’ll help shape and enhance liquidity methodologies by analyzing key data, trends, and drivers using tools such as Excel and Tableau to support insightful assessment. In this role, you will partner closely with Treasury, Liquidity Management, Policy, Capital, and Funding teams to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient liquidity management, and disciplined liquidity consumption across the U.S. entities. You’ll collaborate with technology and infrastructure partners by providing clear, actionable requirements for new or enhanced regulatory reporting capabilities. Additionally, you will support senior management through ad hoc regulatory initiatives and maintain ongoing compliance through continuous monitoring and proactive engagement with regulators.
To be successful as a US Liquidity Reporting Lead, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree and financial industry experience, in liquidity management, treasury, and regulatory reporting (including FR 2052a).
Analytical and technical skills, as well as stakeholder engagement.
Clear communication and experience presenting to senior management, prioritizing multiple deliverables, and demonstrating ownership and initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
Other highly valued skills and experience include:
Broader experience across liquidity and treasury, including exposure to capital reporting.
Familiarity with Axiom or similar regulatory reporting platforms.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end regulatory processes and data flows supporting liquidity reporting.

This role is based in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $150,000
Maximum Salary: $210,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
Purpose of the role
To identify, assess and mitigate prudential regulatory reporting risks, provide oversight on regulatory reporting, and maintenance of open communication with regulators to ensure that the bank's activities and operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal control policies.
