Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Delta 1 Product Manager, where you will own and drive the Delta-1 Product strategy and executing the Product Plan for the US Delta-1 Desk, engaging actively in new business growth initiatives and focus on strengthening and stabilizing the platform. The individual will be responsible for collaborating with multiple stakeholders (Desk head, trading leads across multiple Delta-1/Funding desks, Sales, IT, QA, infrastructure teams and the wider global Product teams) to execute on committed deliverables for the business. Along with the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance trading platforms, collaboration with different stakeholders, the individual will also be responsible of the implementation of new feature, enhancements, and functionalities on trading and risk management platforms, as well as staying up to date on technological advancements, industry trends and best practices.
To be successful as a Delta 1 Product Manager, you should have:
Strong understanding of the transactional Delta-1 business and products (TRS, Options, Forwards, Futures etc.) and execution/trade capture/risk management applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate across multiple corporate grades and multiple teams with varying levels of detail
Analytical thinker with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills - ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions, presenting data and information
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in relevant business and processes and knowledge of Equity Derivatives infrastructure at Barclays
Results focused and commercially aware - ability to set a clear path to ensure delivery against objectives be aware of client and market developments
Strong relationship building skills

This role is located in New York
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $250,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To design, develop, and evolve trading, risk management and other platforms that facilitate trading and regulatory objectives within the investment banking domain.
