What will you be doing?

Barclays Services Corp. seeks Finance Model Execution (AVP) in New York, New York multiple positions available): 

• Work on deliverables across numerous teams (e.g. Quantitative Analytics, Front Office, Risk, Treasury, etc.) and work streams (e.g. model development, documentation, results
governance, etc.) ensuring timelines are met
• Assist in the projection model development process and participate in the discussions/assessment of model methodology and documentation, including engagement with senior stakeholders
• Assist in managing model execution across a broad range of models, including investment bank revenue and balance sheet as well as carbon emissions models
• During execution of the models, coordinate the input data aggregation for the models, complete all relevant analysis as well as create relevant MI and review with key SMEs
• Utilize PC/FC/Operations experience and an ability to interpret regulatory guidance in order to build models and an associated control framework that will be used by the organization to drive internal and external deliverables
• Engage with and respond to Internal/External Audit reviews
• Work closely with businesses/SMEs, CFO BPs, Product Control and the modelling team to develop, assess, and challenge the assumptions and approaches used in forecasting models
• Execute model responsibilities across multiple internal and external use cases throughout the year
• May telecommute

What we’re looking for

• Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Finance or related field and (2) two years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation

You will be working at our New York, New York location at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the façade of the building. Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $164,000

Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $180,400

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for incentives pursuant to Barclays Employee Referral Program.
