In this dynamic role, you’ll bring together creative vision, technical precision, and project leadership to influence the design and execution of corporate office spaces, amenities, and client-facing facilities across the US, Canada, and Mexico—including a landmark multi-year renovation of Barclays’ U.S. Headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. Reporting to the Global Head of Design & Construction, you’ll oversee design deliverables with architects, review technical documents and specifications, research furniture and materials, and organize and maintain a comprehensive finish library. To be successful in your role as Interior Design Manager, you should have:
Experience in commercial interior design, with proven success in managing projects for corporate, financial, or institutional clients
A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in large-scale workplace or banking environments
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and project management tools, and professional certifications (NCIDQ, LEED, PMP) are considered assets
Extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and workplace technology integration, and familiarity with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and manage complex project schedules

This role is based in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $140,000.00
Maximum Salary: $200,000.00
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
