As a key member of the Industrials group, you will be actively involved in live deal execution, working closely with both strategic corporations and supporting private equity firms. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth assessments of potential deals, preparing and presenting strategic recommendations, and guiding clients through every stage of the transaction process. This role is ideal for professionals with a robust background in private equity and financial sponsor deal execution, offering the opportunity to leverage your knowledge in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to some of the most significant deals in the market.
To be successful as an Investment Bank Industrials VP, you should have:
A track record of contributing to large deal/transaction execution for corporate clients
Advanced financial modelling, valuation techniques, confidential investor presentations, and financial assessment
Investment Banking and Capital Markets transactions

Minimum Salary: $250,000
Maximum Salary: $275,000
