In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing credit acquisition strategies while interfacing with cross‑functional partners including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Second Line teams, and segment partners. You will lead complex analytical work, transforming large datasets into actionable insights that drive credit card growth and risk optimization. You will bring deep experience in credit card business strategy, particularly acquisitions, along with strong technical fluency in analytical tools.
To be successful as a Credit Acquisition Strategies – Vice President, you should have:
Prior experience in credit card strategy experience, ideally in acquisition credit strategies
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python, with strong technical and statistical capabilities
Ability to process and interpret large, complex datasets
Exposure to partnership cards is preferred

Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently

This role is located in our Wilmington, DE office.
Purpose of the role
To use innovative data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from the bank's data reserves, leveraging these insights to inform strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the organisation.
