Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Pensions & Benefits Analyst, where you will have the chance to support the delivery and administration of employee benefits programs in the Americas. In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and governance teams to ensure benefits processes are administered accurately, efficiently, and in line with risk and control requirements. You will support employee inquiries, resolve issues, analyze benefits data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the development of policies and reporting that drive informed decision-making and enhance the colleague experience. To be successful as a Pensions & Benefits Analyst, you should have:
Experience supporting retirement plans, employee benefits administration, or broader HR operations within a corporate environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and produce accurate reports
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, Payroll, and external providers
Other highly valued skills and experience include:
Knowledge of employee benefit plans, employee benefits governance, and regulatory requirements within financial services or a highly regulated industry
Advanced proficiency in HR systems, benefits platforms, and Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting capabilities
Experience supporting benefit projects, process improvement initiatives, or vendor relationships to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
This role is based in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $80,000
Maximum Salary: $95,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
Purpose of the role
To develop, implement, deliver, and provide governance to employee retirement plans and benefits programmes, and provide counsel to resolve any related issues.
