Explore locationWe are seeking a part-time, dedicated Physical Collateral Analyst to support the handling of physical collateral for transactions. This role involves maintaining and managing collateral records, ensuring timely processing and accuracy. Key responsibilities include physical document handling, intake, logging, assessing, and organizing records, as well as maintaining the document room. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage vault activities, and work efficiently within our team to ensure collateral management is conducted smoothly. • Support the handling and maintenance of physical collateral received for transactions where Barclays acts as Collateral Agent
• Oversee intake, logging, organization, and release of physical loan documents and other collateral materials
• Assess and organize documents to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of collateral records
• Manage and maintain the document room, ensuring organization and accessibility of records
• Provide onsite coverage for collateral maintenance and vault activities, adhering to the current team structure and processes
This role is based in New York.
Salary/rate minimum $ 34,000
Salary/rate maximum $ 49,000
