Barclays Capital Inc. seeks Vice President, Banking – Healthcare in New York, NY (multiple positions available):
Monitor relevant transactions, capital market trends, company financial statements, industry, regulatory, and economic information, and other important assessments in the financial sector to work on assets and assignments across the industry.
Work directly with Managing Directors, as well as oversee Analysts.
Participate as full members of teams engaged in projects such as company valuation, strategic advisory and execution of debt and equity offerings.
Develop investment scenarios and corresponding presentation/prospectus material, complete valuation analysis, business plans, and financial projections.
Direct and manage a wide variety of quantitative analyses, including leverage buyout models, discounted cash flow, multiple valuation analysis, merger and acquisition accretion/dilution analysis and credit analysis for client and investor presentations.
Work on financial analysis/modeling, industry research, coordination of internal and external processes related to a financing or sale, and assistance in the preparation of offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials.
May telecommute.
Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $250,000 per year
Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $275,000 per year
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
This position is eligible for incentives pursuant to Barclays Employee Referral Program.
