Explore locationJoin us as Assistant Manager where you will be responsible for managing GRS Production team (or in Individual Contributor Role) for Barclaycard and would be responsible for operational / reconciliation related activities.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as:
Your experience in managing reconciliation processes.
Advanced working knowledge and understanding of Banking control framework - who can challenge, system administration including static setup, Reconciliation, breaks management and reporting processes.
Experience in Reconciliation, exception/breaks management, processing, rejection management and reporting are crucial.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Experience at dealing with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication at all levels, including and not limited to verbal and written
People centric, problem-solving, result oriented and customer focus/Maker awareness

This role will be based out of Noida.
