To be a successful as a "Continuous Monitoring, USCB CCO", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Good communication and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of Risks and Controls for the processes handled.
Ability to make or influence decisions using data.
Proficient in use of MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-point).
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise.
Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise.
They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources.
Basic knowledge of internal control and US Regulatory requirements.
Good understanding of Financial Regulations and an interest in Banking.
Knowledge in Customer Journeys in Banking Domain.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
This role will be based out of Noida.
