To be successful as a "TC01 CCO CBP Screening", you should have experience with:
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications :
Experience in an assurance, risk or control function, or Wholesale Client Onboarding/Refresh/Financial Crime.
Working knowledge of Operational Risk & Controls.
The ability to develop, a strong understanding of Financial Crime regulations and policies (Anti Money Laundering, Sanctions) or similar regulations.
Be a motivated, high-performing individual with proven experience of working at one with other colleagues.
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in assessing a process or activity.
Python/ Scripting/ Coding language.
Will have strong Stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence others positively.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as experience with risk and controls as well as job-specific skillsets.
