In order to be successful in the role you will need to:
Have the ability to work in a “permanent Night Shift”, work in office 5 days a week through training and period to full production which is four to six months. (Note: The USCB Bank Operation works in the window from 4 PM IST to 5 AM IST next day across 7 days a week)
Need to have strong understanding of US Credit Bureau functioning, Bureau dispute issue handling and credit card product knowledge across US Consumer Banking (This will be preferred.).
Strong Knowledge around US Regulations, Acts & Laws and Regulatory bodies like CFPB, BBB, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, ADA, SCRA etc.
Strong comprehension skills with ability to review and validate documentation to ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
Execute work requirements in relation to issues raised by customers in relation to their customer credit file as identified in processes and procedures, perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high-quality standard. Collaborate with various business (Collections & Fraud) and internal/external stakeholders (US Based Credit Bureaus i.e. Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) to ensure timely resolution of customer Bureau disputes.

This role is based out of Noida.
