Essential qualifications:
Strong workforce planning and FTE / cost management expertise.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive MI.
Experience in driving MI governance, controls, and reporting cadence.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Experience in MI transformation and automation of analytics.
Knowledge of hiring lifecycle, pipeline management, and feasibility analysis.
Strong communication skills for senior leadership engagement.
Experience with tools like Workday, Tableau, and Power Automate platforms.
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and accountability.
Stakeholder management across Finance, HR / TA, and Business.
Strong analytical mindset with focus on risk identification and mitigation.

This role will be based out of Noida.
