Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Software Testing Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of test planning, test case design, test execution, and different testing types (functional, integration, regression).
Defect Management - Experience with defect tracking and management systems, including isolating, reproducing, and documenting software defects.
Stakeholder Management – The ability to inspire and influence across a wide stakeholder audience is critical.
Change Project Delivery Experience - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a change (Project delivery) environment.
Data Management - Skilfully managing large database.
Technical proficiency – Hands on experience with tools such as Excel, JIRA.
Appropriate Experience - Experience of previous Test Management, Business Analyst Role ( Business organisation or Technical) or Junior Project Manager Role is desirable.

Analytical and Critical Thinking: The ability to critically evaluate software, break down complex systems, and identify potential defects or inconsistencies.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to clearly document test results, provide feedback to developers, and report findings to stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in identifying defects and ensuring the accuracy of test results.
Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and other team members.
Time Management: Skills to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet project deadlines efficiently.
Aptitude - Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple priorities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, global, and dynamic environment.
Continuous Learning: A willingness and ability to learn new tools, techniques, and technologies in the constantly evolving tech landscape.

This role will be based out of Noida & Chennai.
