To be successful as a Security Analyst you should have experience with: -

  • Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management framework, risk policies, risk standards, control expectations, and governance processes.

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to independently review, challenge, and monitor risk and governance practices, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

  • Experience assessing emerging risks, performing likelihood/impact analysis, and supporting mitigation planning.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret structured datasets and produce high‑quality reports, and analysis/governance outputs.

  • Strong Excel capability (e.g., Power Query, PivotTables, formulas) to support controls evidence, data quality, and governance processes.
    Knowledge of VBA or similar automation techniques to streamline repeatable governance activities.

  • Strong stakeholder‑management and partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and interact confidently with various levels.

  • Ability to operate in fast‑paced environments, balancing multiple deliverables while consistently producing high‑quality, accurate outputs.

Some other highly valued skills may include: -

  • Experience with Power Apps (or low‑code solutions) to build digital forms, workflows, governance trackers, and process‑automation tools.

  • Exposure to process optimisation and workflow transformation within risk/governance functions.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for enhancing control design, data integrity, and governance efficiency.

  • Ability to contribute to automation/analytics initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

This role is based in Noida

Purpose of the role

To provide support to the Chief Risk Officer(S) in the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of the bank's risk management framework across various business units and functions.

Accountabilities

  • Implementation support of risk management policies, standards, procedures, and controls across the bank.
  • Asessment and promotion of risk management awareness and risk controls and culture.
  • Review, challenge and monitoring of the effectiveness of existing risk management practices and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identification of new and emerging risks, and assessing the likelihood and impact of identified risks, and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Management and operation of associated committees, forum and meetings.
  • Maintenance of risk inventories and governance documentation.
