To be successful as a Service Management Framework Lead, you should have
Excellent numerical and analytical skills gained in a professional environment.
Proven track record in Financial Services
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
High degree of knowledge of the operations and technology environment.
An awareness of current market issues and industry developments .
Significant experience in a Data Analysis, Insights or Operational Excellence and visualizing applications – Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Developer skills in Tableau, MS Power BI, QlikView or similar dashboard applications would be a distinct advantage.
Experience in working with operational data, connecting the dots and generating meaningful insights.
Resource planning, forecasting, capacity planning and workforce management experience would be advantageous.
Financial planning, budget planning, MTP experience.
Experience identifying and translating business unit issues into questions that can be answered using data.
Knowledge of Barclays Service Management Framework and governance, Service appendices and IGA’s.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
