To be successful as a "VP - Third Party Risk Manager”, you should have experience with:
- Risk and Control Management, including experience in dealing with regulatory requests.
- Good understanding of the key Third- Party Risk Regulatory Guidelines and expectations
- Knowledge of Third-Party Risk, including experience on associated standards, processes, controls and applications used to manage this.
- Experience in execution and management of regulatory exams, audits and responses to regulatory requests, preferably within the Third-Party Risk space.
- Project Management skills and experience in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Legal, business and control teams to deliver regulatory responses and remediation activities.
- Providing leadership on new and emerging third-party regulatory requirements (e.g., Supervisory Statements) and their impact on the organisation.
- Providing strategic oversight over the Third- Party Risk regulatory submissions and reporting
- Experience in analysing thematic findings, control gaps and risk trends to support management insight, reporting and decision-making.
- People Management experience, of leading and coaching a team of professionals, setting relevant KPIs for them, managing performance and supporting their continuous development.
- Excellent communication skills, consultative business partnering approach with a collaborative style.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical skills and an ability to make sound judgements.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements, support re-prioritisation of activities and change course as necessary to support deliver on regulatory book of work.

- Ability to prepare and present clear, concise and high-quality materials for senior management, governance forums and regulatory stakeholders.
- Expect the person to cover UK hours as the role is to manage UK & Europe Third – Party Regulatory demand end to end and also support other regions depending, as required.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
- Post graduate with professional qualification in risk management or a related field.
- Extensive experience in audit and controls assurance or risk and compliance functions.
- Highly experienced Third-Party Risk Specialist at a prominent financial institution or consultancy firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, together with working knowledge of governance, risk and compliance tools such as ORAC, ProcessUnity and Tableau. Ability to leverage advanced digital capabilities, including experience of operating in AI-enabled environments, to support a forward looking and effective risk management approach.

This role will be based out of Noida/ Gurgaon.
Purpose of the role
To support the Risk Function in delivering it’s objective of safeguarding the bank's financial and operational stability by proactively identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across various business units and activities.
Accountabilities
- Development of strategic direction for risk, including the implementation of up-to-date methodologies and processes.
- Management of the risk department, including oversight of risk colleagues and their performance, implementation of risk priorities and objectives, oversight of department efficiency and effectiveness.
- Relationship management of risk stakeholders, including identifying relevant stakeholders, and maintenance of the quality of external third-party services.
- Adherence to the Risk policy, standards and frameworks, and maintaining a robust control environment.
