Explore locationEmbark on a transformative journey as a Wholesale Lending Change Risk Assessment Lead at Barclays where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future. In this role, you'll be responsible to take responsibility for client service and operational execution task. You must follow well defined procedures that may require a range of job routines and make judgement based on practice and previous experience.
To be successful in securing this role, you should have experience with:
Strong grounding in Operational Risk and Technology Risk, with hands-on experience in change management lifecycles (e.g., Agile/DevOps, releases, migrations).
Expertise in control design and assurance (preventive/detective/corrective; automated/manual; data quality/entitlements/resilience).
Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders; crisp communication of risk, residual risk, and decisions needed.
Analytical problem solver with experience producing thematic insights and actionable reporting.
Familiarity with requirements of the Risk & Controls Framework, governance templates, and audit expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Graduate is any discipline.

This role is based in Noida.
