In this role you will be supporting transformational activities related to the bank’s Asset and Liability Management business and technology processes. You will partner with business stakeholders, and technology architects and engineers, to drive front to back change through cutting edge solutions.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have:
Experience working within Financial Services and working as a Business Analyst within Risk, Finance, or Treasury domains.
Advanced experience with Asset & Liability Management governance, models, processes, controls, and tooling, including regulatory requirements.
Experience eliciting requirements for greenfield solutions or embedding/calibration new tools.
Other highly valued skills include:
Technically literacy with innovative mindset.
Ample awareness of behavioural modelling and model calibration/testing best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Northampton or Glasgow.
