Explore locationJoin us as a Customer Targeting Manager where you will shape the future of Banking at Barclays, by helping the evolution of our digital landscape. Within the role you will support the the Customer Targeting team to undertake data selection using SAS based on business requirements to ensure exactly the right customers are targeted with the correct communication.
To be successful as a Customer Targeting Manager, you should have:
Strong SAS/SQL Experience.
Understanding and experience of working in complex data infrastructural environments.
Strong attention to detail to ensure flawless delivery in a highly controlled environment to tight timescales and rigid processes.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Strong Communication skills to be able to collaborate with other data functions and confidently communicate with non-technical stakeholders/delivery teams.
Some Financial Services experience preferable but not essential.
Some Campaign Selection experience preferable but not essential.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Northampton.
Purpose of the role
To support the bank's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units.
